How IKONIC handles confidential-library requests, budget access, authenticated calculations, consent choices, and your rights.

What works without optional tracking
The public SVRN experience, confidential-library request, budget-access request, authentication, security, calculation service, and print view operate without analytics or advertising consent. Necessary technologies may be used to deliver requested material, secure the service, remember your privacy choice, prevent abuse, and maintain an authenticated session.
Confidential-library requests
When you request a market report or ownership guide, IKONIC receives the contact details, relationship, and requested material you submit. The request does not enroll you in marketing. Contact details are encrypted at rest, email addresses are pseudonymized for operational review, and the library-request record is scheduled for deletion after 90 days.
A documented legal hold may delay deletion only for the affected record; deletion resumes when the hold ends. If the request separately becomes an active advisory relationship, records created outside this library service follow the applicable client-record schedule and IKONIC’s sitewide privacy notice.
A necessary, secure browser cookie authorizes only the selected material for two hours. It is not used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or analytics. Library files are delivered through access-controlled, non-indexed routes and are not exposed through permanent public links.
Access requests
When you request budget access, IKONIC receives the contact details, relationship, and optional marketing choice you submit. Campaign parameters are included only when you have already enabled Advertising in your privacy choices. Contact details are encrypted at rest. A pending request is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Approved sessions and any resulting advisory records follow their separate operational or client-record schedule. A documented legal hold may delay deletion only until the hold ends.
Authenticated calculations
The service records a pseudonymous account reference, broad input bands, model version, and time of calculation for security and model-quality review. It does not retain the exact calculation inputs, exact output, IP address, browser fingerprint, or full user agent in the application database. The default audit retention is 180 days.
Optional categories
Optional technologies remain off until you choose them. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can reopen your choices below. A Global Privacy Control signal forces advertising off.
Your rights and contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive your personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
